Our story
It began with the desire to find a deeper connection with an Italian heritage and culture that seemed distant.

This connection came very naturally, instinct guided towards the strong Italian tradition of hand-made pasta.

The very humble process of mixing ingredients, kneading dough, and preparing various types of pasta awoke memories that were thought to have not existed.

The passion for hand-made pasta continues with our community today. Our "mission" is to share our knowledge of pasta not just as a meal, but as a complete experience that brings together family, friends and strangers. With each sight, smell and taste of our pasta, we hope you recall special memories and create new ones!
